
Snom Technology strengthens team with key appointments
Snom Technology has appointed Mark Wiegleb as Vice President of Product and Mario Schenker as Head of Logistics & Sales Operations, reinforcing its management team.
Snom Technology, an IP-based telephone and communication solutions provider, revealed the strategic appointments to bolster its focus on product development, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The newly appointed Vice President of Product, Mark Wiegleb, has been a part of Snom since 2011 and brings over a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry. His prior role as Head of Customer Success saw him lead an international team over six countries and oversee the development of Snom's cloud platform for device management, Snom SRAPS. In his new position, Wiegleb will concentrate on enhancing Snom's existing products and exploring new business sectors.
Mario Schenker, now Head of Logistics & Sales Operations, has been with Snom since 2005 and has served in multiple capacities. His recent position as Team Lead of Internal Sales & Sales Operations involved a strong focus on customer relationship management, and he was instrumental in establishing Snom's Partner Program in 2018. Schenker's new responsibilities involve advancing the company's service offerings for its customers and partners.
