Snom reports growth in key markets & product range

Tue, 14th Apr 2026

Snom reported growth in several key markets as it closed its 2025/26 financial year, alongside an expanded product range and customer base.

Trading was stable in the DACH region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland during the first year with Fabio Albanini as Senior VP Sales & Operations. Demand also remained steady in Italy and France despite a complex economic climate.

Growth was strongest in Iberia, where Spain and Portugal built on momentum from recent years. Snom also highlighted positive signs in Southern Europe, particularly the Balkans, and in Asia-Pacific, where it signed new distribution agreements in Australia and India.

The United Kingdom, Benelux, the Nordics and Poland remained stable. Snom is also preparing to relaunch activity in the CIS, Middle East and Africa.

"We are starting to see growth again in key markets and reaping the results of investments made in the medium term, particularly on the Iberian Peninsula," said Fabio Albanini, Senior VP Sales & Operations, Snom. "A coherent strategy and strong customer orientation remain the determining factors for sustainable growth."

Product range

During the year, Snom added more than 20 devices to its portfolio, including desktop terminals, DECT cordless phones and accessories. It said the expansion of its D8xx series gave it full market coverage alongside the existing D1xx and D7xx lines.

According to Snom, the broader line-up also created opportunities in original equipment manufacturing, with rising interest from partners and providers that have started outsourcing terminal production.

In DECT, the M900 multicell base station and M70 IP DECT handset were among the strongest-selling products. Snom also expanded its single-cell range by repositioning the M110 and launching the M253 and M256 models.

The hospitality segment delivered one of the sharpest increases, with unit sales doubling. Italy led demand for hotel phones combining analogue and SIP devices within a single design approach.

Accessories, including headsets, video cameras and speakerphones, also grew during the year. Snom did not disclose revenue or profit figures.

Partner strategy

Interoperability remains central to Snom's market approach, with more than 100 technology partners worldwide. Integration with third-party platforms is important for customers seeking to combine communications tools across different systems.

"Interoperability is one of the key pillars of our strategy," said Albanini. "We continue to invest to ensure compatibility, reliability, and freedom of choice for our customers."

Over the past 12 months, Snom also worked to strengthen coordination between sales and marketing. It linked that effort to new opportunities from lead management tools and broader digital sales activity.

On the operations side, a move to a more efficient warehouse improved logistics and shortened delivery times. Research and development also became more closely aligned with market demand under a more customer-focused operating model.

Awards listed

Expanding the customer base is now a strategic priority, alongside retaining existing relationships through sales and marketing programmes. Channel partners remain central to the business model.

As part of its annual partner awards for the 2025/26 financial year, Snom named three Gold category distributors: Even Flow Distribution PTY in South Africa, Cohesive Technologies PvT in India and iTech Group in Azerbaijan.

"Partners are at the centre of our business model, and their contribution is fundamental to the results achieved," said Albanini. "A special thanks goes to the distributors who stood out for their performance and commitment, achieving the Distribution Award in the Platinum and Gold categories".
