Symbio launches AdvancedPBX with Crexendo partnership

Today

Symbio Holdings has launched a new cloud-hosted Private Branch Exchange (PBX) solution named AdvancedPBX.

AdvancedPBX, which has been developed in collaboration with Crexendo on their NetSapiens platform, is targeted at service providers in need of a fast and scalable PBX system. Symbio Holdings, a part of the Aussie Broadband Group, states that the system can be configured in just a few minutes.

The system is provisioned through Telcoinabox's operations and business support platforms, enabling zero-touch provisioning and the inclusion of a range of telephony features. These features comprise advanced call centre functionalities and AI-driven call transcription, all accessible via a singular portal.

In terms of performance monitoring, AdvancedPBX offers real-time insights into metrics such as call volume, average handling time, and agent availability. This is achieved through the use of custom dashboards set up by the user.

Jon Cleaver, CEO of Telcoinabox, spoke on the new offering, saying, "We are broadening the traditional PBX feature set with a redesigned set of tools to ensure service providers have the most comprehensive and innovative hosted voice solution, allowing them to compete and win."

Cleaver also remarked, "Telcoinabox's OSS/BSS platform enables AdvancedPBX in under 5 minutes, and provides comprehensive retail billing and operational support - streamlining the entire management process for service providers. The calls are delivered over Symbio's Tier 1 voice network, trusted by government agencies and large enterprises when it matters most."

The platform is built to enhance productivity by offering service providers rapid deployment capabilities and operational efficiency improvements. This is underpinned by Symbio's Tier 1 network, a reliable choice for government agencies and major enterprises.
