Tech Mahindra has partnered with Cisco to launch Cyber Resilience Fabric, a cyber security product designed to support enterprise security operations through integrated analytics, monitoring and risk management.

The product combines Cisco's Splunk Enterprise Security platform with Tech Mahindra's Risk Scoring Platform. It is intended to provide customers with a unified view of security data and risk signals using AI-assisted analytics and contextual risk information.

Risk analytics

The launch is aimed at senior technology and security executives, including chief information security officers, chief information officers and chief technology officers. It targets organisations seeking broader visibility into cyber risk while managing governance requirements, regulatory obligations and operational continuity.

At the centre of the platform is a system for contextual risk prioritisation across security events. Rather than relying only on traditional alert triage, the platform is designed to rank incidents based on likely business impact so security teams can focus on higher-priority threats.

This approach is intended to reduce operational noise and improve triage accuracy. It also combines security, operational and risk information into a single environment, addressing a challenge faced by large organisations managing multiple systems and expanding attack surfaces.

Security pressure

Security software vendors and services providers have increasingly focused on platforms that combine detection, analytics and response as enterprises deal with more complex cyber threats. Many organisations are also seeking ways to reduce overlapping alerts from separate tools and connect cyber risk more directly to broader business decisions.

Tech Mahindra, part of the Mahindra Group, operates a global technology services business with more than 147,000 professionals across more than 90 countries, according to company figures. Its services span consulting, enterprise applications, engineering, network services, customer experience, AI, analytics and cloud infrastructure.

Cisco has expanded its security portfolio around data, analytics and platform integration, including through Splunk. The partnership with Tech Mahindra reflects a broader market shift toward combining software products with consulting and managed security services focused on cyber resilience.

Business impact

The platform is positioned around the idea that cyber security teams should prioritise incidents according to business risk rather than alert volume. In practice, this means combining event data with contextual scoring so teams can rank incidents by likely operational impact and respond more quickly to threats affecting critical services.

For enterprises, the model is designed to support earlier threat detection, faster response and more structured recovery when incidents disrupt operations. It also addresses pressure on security leaders to demonstrate that cyber investments and operational processes align with governance frameworks and compliance obligations.

Saket Singh, SVP & Business Head, Digital Core Services (Cloud, Infrastructure, Network and Cyber Security Services), Tech Mahindra, said: "In today's hyper-connected enterprise landscape, the growing scale and sophistication of cyber threats are overwhelming traditional security operations, often leading to delayed detection and fragmented response. Through our partnership with Cisco, we are addressing this challenge by combining contextual risk intelligence with AI-driven analytics to help enterprises move from reactive alert management to proactive, risk-led decisioning. Cyber Resilience Fabric will enable faster detection, prioritized response, and stronger operational resilience."

Integrated response

Cisco said the partnership reflects the increasing importance of combining data, AI and integrated monitoring tools in security operations. The company also pointed to demand from customers for improved threat prioritisation and greater automation in defensive processes.

Shannon Leininger, SVP, Global Partner Sales & Splunk Channel Chief, Cisco, said: "The convergence of data, AI, and security is non-negotiable for modern enterprises. By integrating Splunk's and Tech Mahindra's unique capabilities, we are accelerating our customers' ability to prioritize effectively and automate their defense, delivering real, measurable digital resilience."
