CommBank Yello partners with More to enhance customer benefits

CommBank has partnered with More for its unique customer recognition program, CommBank Yello. The program, a first in Australian banking, strives to reward CommBank customers for their continued relationship with the bank. The latest endeavour of this initiative involves the introduction of new mobile offers explicitly designed to enhance the banking and telecommunications experience for CommBank Yello customers.

These mobile offers, along with those on nbn introduced in November 2023, aim to deliver a myriad of benefits to eligible customers. By choosing the appropriate plan, a CommBank Yello Homeowner can now save $240 on their mobile plan over 12 months. They can also save between $345 (Value plan) and $648 (Ultrafast plan) on their nbn bills over 12 months.

It's outlined that CommBank Yello customers can belong to one of three benefit sets: Everyday, Everyday Plus and Homeowner. The benefit sets vary, offering different discounts and offers to customers. Mobile offers for the Everyday benefit set include a $10 per month rebate on a mobile plan for 12 months, followed by a 10% discount on an ongoing basis. Everyday Plus customers receive $15 off per month on a mobile plan for 12 months, followed by 10% off ongoing. Finally, Homeowners get $20 off per month on a mobile plan for 12 months, followed by an ongoing 10% discount.

The nbn offers are as follows: for the Everyday benefit set, there's 30% off an NBN plan for 12 months, followed by an ongoing 10% discount. The Everyday Plus benefit set gets 35% off an NBN plan for 12 months, followed by 10% off an ongoing, while the Homeowner set avails 40% off an NBN plan for 12 months plus an ongoing 10% discount. To access these exclusive offers, eligible CommBank Yello customers must sign up by Sunday, 30 June 2024, and follow specific guidelines.
