8x8 names 2026 partner award winners across regions

Thu, 4th Jun 2026 (Today)

8x8 has named its 2026 Partner Award winners across nine categories in three regions: North America, EMEA and ANZ.

The annual awards recognise partners for revenue growth, net-new customer acquisition and year-on-year performance during 8x8's 2026 fiscal year, which ended on 31 March. Winners were selected using weighted data across total bookings, growth rate and new customer wins.

The list includes channel partners involved in contact centre, unified communications, CPaaS, distribution and technology partnerships. Several groups won in more than one category, with Wavenet taking two EMEA awards. Distributors and technology partners also featured alongside resellers and agents.

Regional winners

In Agent Partner of the Year, Optus won in North America and Softcat won in EMEA. Spectrotel took Resell Partner of the Year in North America, while Wavenet won the EMEA equivalent. Arrow Voice and Data was named Partner of the Year for ANZ.

For Contact Centre Partner of the Year, UPSTACK won in North America and Wavenet won in EMEA. Callmetrics was named Partner of the Year for the 8x8 Consumption Model.

Among distributors, Intelisys won Technology Solutions Distributor of the Year in North America and Avant won in EMEA. Scansource and Nuvola took Distributor of the Year in North America and EMEA, respectively.

Distributor awards

AppDirect won Technology Solution Distributor of the Year, while Telarus was named CX Excellence Technology Solution Distributor of the Year.

Capacity, formerly Creovai, was named Global Technology Partner of the Year. Fazpass won Reseller Partner of the Year for CPaaS, and One Depot was named Rising Star Partner of the Year for CPaaS.

Growth partners

Growth Partner of the Year went to Forge Technology Providers in North America, Croft in EMEA and Ignite Growth in ANZ.

The awards provide a snapshot of the sales channels 8x8 uses across different communications markets. They also highlight the company's emphasis on indirect sales through agents, resellers, distributors and software-focused partners in multiple regions.

8x8's partner programme is built to support resellers, distributors, agents and technology partners looking to build communications practices around its platform. It includes channel support, co-marketing resources and access to products spanning contact centre, unified communications and CPaaS.

"Our partners are at the heart of everything we do at 8x8, and this year's award winners represent the very best of what's possible when we go to market together. These are the teams who leaned in, pushed hard, and delivered real results for our joint customers. I'm incredibly proud to recognise them, and even more excited about what we're going to build together next," said Emily Masterton, Global Head of Channel Sales, 8x8.
