Pax8 unveils global partner programme for MSP growth

Fri, 15th Nov 2024

Pax8 has introduced the Pax8 Voyager Alliance, a partner programme intended to assist managed service providers (MSPs) worldwide.

The new programme is designed to cater to the distinct needs of partners, offering scalable support and strategic opportunities for growth. Early benefits include flexible payment choices, curated event experiences, and professional service discounts aimed at fostering MSP success in a rapidly evolving cloud channel.

Craig Donovan, Chief Experience Officer at Pax8, commented, "Pax8 Voyager Alliance represents our commitment to putting partners first and recognising their unique journey to success. The intentionally designed programme provides our partners with the competitive advantage to accelerate their growth and succeed in the evolving channel. This advancement lays the foundation for an exciting new chapter, and we will introduce a Pax8 Rewards Programme and additional benefits over the coming months, empowering our partners to scale to new heights."

The programme is segmented into tiers, offering differentiated experiences aligned with partners' distinct business needs and sizes. As partners progress through these tiers, they will unlock additional benefits intended to enhance their business experience and expand their growth potential.

Pax8 plans to introduce further opportunities within the programme. Current benefits include tiered pricing for professional services, access to curated events, and increasing levels of technical support as partners advance. The flexible payment options are structured to assist partners in making informed financial decisions based on their tier level.

Prospective benefits also involve a Pax8 Voyager Alliance Rewards system, allowing partners to accrue points to reinvest in their businesses through Pax8 services, education, and Marketplace purchases.

Donovan noted, "Next year, we will introduce enhancements to Voyager Alliance that revolutionise partner rewards in the SMB cloud marketplace. We have tremendous loyalty within our partner base, and we're excited to launch industry-changing rewards that acknowledge their Marketplace investment."

He continued, "Just as enterprise cloud providers have successfully driven growth through consumption-based incentives, we're bringing that powerful model to the Pax8 Marketplace. By recognising our partners' historical and ongoing Marketplace spend, we're creating a compelling ecosystem that helps MSPs accelerate their cloud journey and maximise their return on investment with Pax8."

Jay McBain, Chief Analyst at Canalys, remarked, "Cloud marketplace growth is expected to exceed GBP £34 billion by 2025, driven by various service partners within the channel ecosystem. Adopting a tiered model that provides a more curated experience is critical to enabling these varying partners and their goals. With its new programme, Pax8 establishes the foundation to effectively support partners at scale and guide them on their path to success."

Pax8 Voyager Alliance offers additional benefits including access to 100+ award-winning Pax8 Academy on-demand courses, industry-leading partner support, instructor-led courses, professional services, and peer groups through the Pax8 Academy.

Events within the programme include Pax8 Launch Briefings, Mission Briefings, Bootcamps, and other curated experiences. Natalia Scheidegger, CEO at 3rdmill, a Sydney-based MSP, expressed her enthusiasm, "I love Pax8 Voyager Alliance, and it's a much-needed Programme. With the transparency it provides, you can see exactly where you fit, the resources available, and the benefits you'll unlock at the next tier. We're excited to strengthen our relationship with Pax8 and continue growing together."
