Boom Collaboration reports record growth, eyes global expansion
Thu, 28th Dec 2023

Boom Collaboration, an industry-expert video conferencing manufacturer, reports record growth in 2023 and is strategically orchestrating a multi-million-dollar expansion.

Initiated in 2020, the Texas-based company has successfully built a substantial global presence, offering hardware solutions for various meeting spaces. Boom Collaboration, led by founders Fredrik Hörnkvist and Holli Hulett, now conducts operations in over 30 countries where revenues have soared by almost 40% in the past year.

Illustrating their rapid growth, a device leaves one of their four worldwide logistics hubs approximately every 60 seconds during each working day. Boom's versatile product portfolio includes video bars, all-in-one solutions, high-quality cameras, and multi-camera mixing desk controllers.

New products, such as the HALO video bar, MAGNA Pro high-performance camera, GOJO multi-camera controller and ZYGO user-friendly connectivity hub, are anticipated to fuel sales surges throughout 2024. In addition, complete 'meeting room in a box' kits are also on offer.

The company's impact continues to grow through recent distribution partnerships cropping up across the UK, France, Germany, and the Baltics, while their reach extends over North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. "It's a fast-moving industry that never stands still, and we keep moving forward, too," Hörnkivist modestly commented, celebrating an impressive 38% increase in revenue compared to the previous year.

Hulett conveyed the company's diligent market penetration strategy, saying, "A lot of what we have been focusing on over the last couple of years is introducing ourselves to the market, highlighting how we are not only a viable but innovative and interesting partner that stands out from the crowd across all meeting spaces."

"We have built the business by listening to our customers and identifying what they need and what they were lacking. Being attentive and creating quick solutions. This is one of the cornerstones of who we are and what we will continue to be," Hulett declared, acknowledging that forming the company in the middle of a global pandemic was not initially part of the plan.

Despite its challenges, Hulett added, "It's not always been easy, but in general, we have been very well received and are very excited about what the future holds."

Looking forward to what is in store, Hörnkivist said, "Relationships are growing and will become even stronger. We're now seen as a serious player in the market with a strong platform to reach new heights of success. 2024 is a massive year for us as we enter an exciting new phase of development."

"Controlled sustainable growth across all four corners of the globe is set to continue," Hörnkivist added, explaining how their expansion plans are strengthened by an ever-growing, dynamic team and ongoing product development, which fuels their ambitious growth strategy. "We have exciting plans and are determined to remain the friendly face of video conferencing, based on a personal touch and a passion for long-lasting partnerships through the distribution channel."
