Yomojo enhances offerings with Prvidr's new PrvidrGo

Today

Prvidr has finalised a new three-year contract with telecoms operator Yomojo to enhance their product offerings using Prvidr's technology.

This agreement marks a continuation of the collaboration between Prvidr, a Customer Lifecycle Management Platform, and Yomojo, who have been working together since 2015. The contract aims to solidify both companies' commitment to delivering mobile, broadband, and voice services, supported by Prvidr's technological solutions.

Yomojo currently provides a range of telecommunications services to consumers and small businesses, which includes mobile services and wireless home broadband. Under the leadership of their recently appointed CEO, James Linton, the company aims to expand its product line to include telephony, fixed internet, and business internet services. Linton brings with him a successful track record in telecoms, having previously grown a startup to substantial revenues, and views robust technology as a critical component for business success.

Yomojo will roll out PrvidrGo, an all-in-one subscription management platform that supports integration across various subscription services. This system enables Yomojo to manage subscriptions such as mobile, NBN, other fibre networks, and VoIP, as well as venture into the B2B market.

James Linton, CEO of Yomojo, explains the rationale behind adopting PrvidrGo: "Throughout Yomojo's partnership with Prvidr, it's been clear that they really understand customer experience and technology innovation, and we concluded that migrating from their legacy platform to the new PrvidrGo platform will be transformational like changing from VHS to Netflix." He adds, "They both might allow you to watch a movie, however Netflix offers so many more features and functionality it's really a totally new experience."

With PrvidrGo, Yomojo will streamline its operations by consolidating customer lifecycle management through a single platform, enhancing automation from onboarding to subscription management, thereby minimising the need for human intervention. Linton comments on the contract: "I'm particularly excited that the new contract will allow Yomojo to take advantage of Prvidr's new PrvidrGo platform. PrvidrGo comprises powerful CRM and billing modules purpose-built for managing subscriptions as well as giving us the ability to onboard new partners and products much more seamlessly than I was able to do in the past, reducing our time to market and letting us respond to market changes and trends much more quickly."

The integration of automation and API capabilities in PrvidrGo will enable Yomojo to enhance its service portfolio, aiming to include broadband and home phone replacement services via Voice over IP (VoIP) connections. The company also seeks to increase its presence in the business telephony and broadband sectors.

On the partnership, Prvidr CEO, David Joss, states, "We are excited to continue and deepen our partnership with Yomojo as it scales up its operations across Australia. At the same time, we look forward to continuing to help Yomojo deliver great customer experiences as well as sustained growth in the years ahead in what will be a particularly exciting period for the company."

Linton highlights the importance of Prvidr in Yomojo's operations by saying, "Prvidr has really been the circulatory system for our business. We simply could not operate without it as it underpins everything we do and PrvidrGo will support supercharging growth moving forward."
